Since our early days of operating out of a basement stall in Boston’s Faneuil Hall Market Place, we have evolved into a multi-million dollar meat processor and distributor.
With distribution throughout all of the New England states, we continue to focus on the core values that have been a part of our organization since the start: Quality, Consistency, and Value.
We service a broad array of food service operators, from white tablecloth restaurants to country clubs and hotels…from colleges and hospitals to specialty food retailers. Although our customers include many different types of operations, their common thread is an underlying desire for value, something we add at every point of the process.
